§ 2651. -When minor refuses to choose

When a guardian is required by law to be appointed for a minor over fourteen years of age and such minor does not seasonably notify the court of his choice, such court shall issue a citation requiring him to choose a guardian and give notice thereof to the court. If the minor fails to do so, or chooses a person not approved by the court, it may appoint a guardian.
