2005 Vermont Code - § 2502. — Penalty

§ 2502. Penalty

Failure for two successive years to file such report shall constitute a breach of trust and shall be reported by such probate court to the attorney general or state's attorney, who shall take such action as may be appropriate to compel compliance with this chapter.
