2005 Vermont Code - § 2325. — Examinations of trustee

§ 2325. Examinations of trustee

The probate court shall examine a trustee upon oath as to the correctness of the account before it is allowed by the court, but may dispense with an examination when objection is not made to the account. (Amended 1985, No. 144 (Adj. Sess.), § 111.)
