2005 Vermont Code - § 2324. — Accounts, time

§ 2324. Accounts, time

Trustees shall annually render a full account of the management of trust estates, showing their receipts, disbursements and charges therein and the condition of such estates. Notice of the accounting shall be given as provided by the rules of probate procedure. The decision of the court therein shall have the same effect as in case of settlement of accounts by executors or administrators. (Amended 1985, No. 144 (Adj. Sess.), § 110.)
