2005 Vermont Code - § 2103. — Record; evidence

§ 2103. Record; evidence

Upon acceptance and approval of bonds required to be given to a probate court, such bonds shall be filed and docketed in the office of such court to which they are given. A copy thereof duly certified by such court shall be evidence in all cases as to the facts therein stated, as though the original were produced. (Amended 1971, No. 179 (Adj. Sess.), § 7.)
