2005 Vermont Code - § 1410. — Representative may compound

§ 1410. Representative may compound

With the approval of the probate court, an executor or administrator may compound with a debtor of the deceased for a debt due and may give a discharge of such debt on receiving a just dividend of the estate of such debtor.
