§ 1055. Accounts of executors and administrators; time of rendering; examination

An executor or administrator shall render an account of his administration within one year from the time of receiving letters testamentary or of administration, and annually thereafter, and at such other times as the court may require, until the estate is wholly settled, and he may be examined on oath upon any matter relating to his account.
