§ 928. -Probate court may compel compliance

The probate court in which is pending a proceeding for the settlement of the estate of a deceased partner, on motion of the executor or administrator, may cite a surviving partner or partners before it, and, by a proper order or decree, compel the granting of the rights given in section 927 of this title and may enforce an order or decree by issuing its warrant to commit the partner or partners to the custody of the commissioner of corrections until compliance is given.
