§ 916. Powers of administrator appointed to act with survivor

An administrator appointed under section 915 of this title shall have the same power as the remaining executor or administrator has and with such executor or administrator may prosecute or defend actions commenced by or against the former executors or administrators and may revive actions and have execution on judgments recovered in the name of the former executor or administrator.
