2005 Vermont Code - § 475. — Waiver of provisions of wife\'s will

§ 475. Waiver of provisions of wife's will

If a married woman dies leaving a will, her husband may waive its provisions as a widow may waive the provisions of her husband's will. The provisions of this section shall not apply to the estates of married women who deceased prior to November 8, 1910.
