2005 Vermont Code - § 468. — Recording; effect

§ 468. Recording; effect

When petition is made under the provisions of section 466 of this title, a certified copy of the probate court's order of assignment shall be recorded in the office where by law a deed of that land is required to be recorded, and that third shall remain fixed and certain. (Amended 1971, No. 179 (Adj. Sess.), § 5; 1985, No. 144 (Adj. Sess.), § 31.)
