§ 113. Wills allowed out of state-Generally

A will allowed in any other state, or in a foreign country, according to the laws of that state or country, may be the subject of ancillary administration in the probate court. (Amended 1971, No. 179 (Adj. Sess.), § 3; 1985, No. 144 (Adj. Sess.), § 20.)
