§ 105. Penalty
Unless he gives a satisfactory excuse to the probate court a person who neglects a duty required in sections 103 and 104 of this title shall forfeit $10.00 for each month he so neglects after the thirty days mentioned therein, to be recovered with costs in an action on this statute by any person having an interest in the will.
