2005 Vermont Code - § 7283. — Collection and transmittal

§ 7283. Collection and transmittal

The court shall collect the amount due under this subchapter and transmit it to the state treasurer for deposit in the general fund. Annually, on or before July 1, the court administrator shall prepare and file with the state treasurer a report setting out the amounts collected under this subchapter. (Added 1985, No. 182 (Adj.
