§ 7281. Statement of legislative intent

It is the intention of the general assembly to use the funds collected under this subchapter to finance and help defray the cost of the victims assistance program, victims compensation and the cost of training provided by the criminal justice training council. (Added 1985, No. 182 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 1989, No. 214 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
