§ 7259. Private prosecutors-Liability for and right to costs

When a person other than an informing officer, becomes a prosecutor, he shall enter his name and place of residence at the foot of the complaint, information or indictment, and shall be liable to pay costs on such prosecution, and, on conviction, may receive costs.
