2005 Vermont Code - § 7252. — Fines payable to state

§ 7252. Fines payable to state

All fines collected in prosecutions for offenses or for the breach of a penal law, except as provided in section 7251 of this title, shall belong and be paid to the state. (Amended 1969, No. 131, § 14, eff. April 23, 1969.)
