2005 Vermont Code - § 7224. — -Execution of warrant

§ 7224. -Execution of warrant

An officer shall arrest and hold the respondent on such warrant for twenty-four hours. However, the respondent, at the time of his arrest upon the mittimus, may waive the provisions of this section. (Amended 1969, No. 131, § 11, eff. April 23, 1969.)
