2005 Vermont Code - § 5277. — Use of state facilities

§ 5277. Use of state facilities

An attorney representing a person under this chapter is entitled to use any state technical services and facilities for the development or evaluation of evidence that are available to the prosecutor. (Added 1971, No. 161 (Adj. Sess.), § 6, eff. date, see note.)
