2005 Vermont Code - § 5137. — State\'s attorney to attend

§ 5137. State's attorney to attend

The authority instituting an inquest under this subchapter shall at once notify the state's attorney of the hearing, and he shall attend the hearing and conduct the examination of witnesses.
