2005 Vermont Code - § 3438. — Trespass on posted premises

§ 3438. Trespass on posted premises

A person who, without permission from such owner, shall wilfully enter upon premises so posted as provided in section 3437 of this title shall be imprisoned not more than ten days or fined not more than $50.00, or both.
