§ 2803. Distribution of indecent material

No person may hire, employ or permit a minor to sell, lend, distribute or give away material, the sale, lending, distribution or giving away of which to minors is prohibited by section 2802. (Amended 1967, No. 340 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. March 23, 1968.)
