2005 Vermont Code - § 2535. — Guardian

§ 2535. Guardian

A guardian who embezzles or fraudulently converts to his own use, money, obligations, securities or other effects or property belonging to the ward or the estate of the ward of whom he is guardian, shall be guilty of larceny and shall be imprisoned not more than ten years or fined not more than $1,000.00, or both. (Amended 1971, No. 199 (Adj. Sess.), § 15; 1981, No. 223 (Adj. Sess.), § 23.)
