2005 Vermont Code - § 2533. — Receiver or trustee

§ 2533. Receiver or trustee

A receiver or trustee appointed by the court in any litigation in this state, who embezzles or fraudulently converts to his own use any money or other property in his hands as such receiver or trustee, shall be guilty of larceny and shall be imprisoned not more than ten years or fined not more than $1,000.00, or both.
