2005 Vermont Code - § 7009. — Enforcement of awards

§ 7009. Enforcement of awards

If an award made by the panel is final and not appealed and the respondent fails to comply with the award, the claimant may proceed to collect all or any part of a past due award in superior court. In a proceeding under this section, the claimant shall be awarded costs, reasonable attorney fees and interest. (Added 1991, No. 160 (Adj. Sess.), § 48.)
