2005 Vermont Code - § 7008. — Statute of limitations

§ 7008. Statute of limitations

The date of filing with the court administrator of a claim submitted under the provisions of this chapter shall be considered the date of institution of action for purposes of the applicable statute of limitations. (Added 1975, No. 248 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
