2005 Vermont Code - § 5655. — Representation by attorney

§ 5655. Representation by attorney

A party has the right to be represented by an attorney at any proceeding or hearing under this subchapter. A waiver thereof prior to the proceeding or hearing is ineffective. (Added 1985, No. 95, § 2.)
