2005 Vermont Code - § 5541. — Composition of small claims court

§ 5541. Composition of small claims court

For the purposes of this chapter, the superior court shall consist of the presiding judge sitting alone, an assistant judge sitting alone pursuant to section 5540 of this chapter, or an acting judge assigned pursuant to section 22(b) of Title 4. (Added 1995, No. 181 (Adj. Sess.), § 6, eff. Sept. 1, 1996.)
