2005 Vermont Code - § 5182. — -Party\'s share sold if he does not pay

§ 5182. -Party's share sold if he does not pay

When any such owner does not pay his proportion of such costs, the court shall direct so much of his share of the estate to be sold at public auction as is sufficient to pay the same, with costs of sale.
