§ 4988. Prosecution by state's attorney
On the application of twenty or more freeholders of the county, the state's attorney shall commence and prosecute the action against a corporation, if, in his opinion, the grant of the corporation is forfeited, and the public good requires that it should be adjudged forfeited. (Amended 1971, No. 185 (Adj. Sess.), § 146, eff. March 29, 1972.)
