2005 Vermont Code - § 4527. — Attorney\'s fees

§ 4527. Attorney's fees

When a mortgage contains an agreement on the part of the mortgagor to pay the mortgagee, in the event of foreclosure, the attorney's fees incident thereto, and claim is made therefor in the complaint, upon hearing, the court in which the complaint is brought shall allow such fee as in its judgment is just. (Amended 1971, No. 185 (Adj. Sess.), § 127, eff. March 29, 1972.)
