§ 3138. -Representative to pay on execution if trustee dies after judgment

When the person originally summoned as trustee dies after judgment in the original action, his executor or administrator shall pay on the execution such sum as he would have been required to pay, if the amount for which such deceased person was adjudged trustee had been a legal debt against his estate.
