§ 3129. -Trustee's liability on refusal to deliver property
When a trustee does not deliver personal property in his hands, when lawfully required by the officer serving the execution, he shall be liable to the plaintiff in the action for the value thereof, after deducting the amount, if any, of his lien, to be recovered in an action of tort on this statute.
