§ 3125. -Payment of trustee's claim by creditor
When it appears that personal property in the hands of a person summoned as a trustee is mortgaged, pledged or liable for the payment of a debt due to him, the court may allow the attaching creditor to pay or tender the amount due to the trustee, and he shall thereupon deliver such property, as hereinbefore provided, to the officer holding the execution.
