2005 Vermont Code - § 2747. — -Recovery against municipality

§ 2747. -Recovery against municipality

Such inhabitant shall be entitled to recover against the county, town, village or district, the sum so paid or levied on his goods or chattels, with twelve per cent interest thereon, in an action of contract on this statute.
