2005 Vermont Code - § 2358. — -Service of petition; time limitation

§ 2358. -Service of petition; time limitation

The petition shall be filed and served on the adverse party like a summons and complaint. The adverse party shall file and serve an answer. The petition shall not be sustained unless it is preferred within two years after the alleged fraud, accident or mistake happened, provided that the petition shall be brought before the estate is fully settled in the probate court.
