2005 Vermont Code - § 857. — -Continuance; costs

§ 857. -Continuance; costs

The court in which the action is pending may order such continuances as may be necessary to afford the defendant reasonable opportunity to appear and defend. The fee provided in section 856 of this title shall be taxed in the plaintiff's costs, if he prevails.
