2005 Vermont Code - § 732. — Power of specially appointed person

§ 732. Power of specially appointed person

The person so appointed shall have the power of a sheriff in the service and return of the process and he shall make proof of the service by affidavit. (Amended 1971, No. 185 (Adj. Sess.), § 38, eff. March 29, 1972.)
