2005 Vermont Code - § 17.01. — Application to existing domestic corporations

§ 1.01. Short title

This title shall be known and may be cited as the "Vermont Nonprofit Corporation Act." (Added 1995, No. 179 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1997.)
