2005 Vermont Code - § 3031. — Limited liability company property

§ 3031. Limited liability company property

Property transferred to or otherwise acquired by a limited liability company is property of the limited liability company and not of the members individually. (Added 1995, No. 179 (Adj. Sess.), § 4.)
