2005 Vermont Code - § 997. — Fee

§ 997. Fee

For filing a certificate of organization, an association shall pay $20.00 to the secretary of state, and for filing an amendment thereto, $10.00. (Amended 1963, No. 37, § 4; 1967, No. 278 (Adj. Sess.), § 7.)
