2005 Vermont Code - § 131. — Test waters-Lake Carmi

§ 131. Test waters-Lake Carmi

Pursuant to the provisions of 10 V.S.A. Chapter 103, Section 4142, Lake Carmi, Franklin, Franklin County, is hereby designated as test waters from January 1, 1996 to December 31, 2001, both dates inclusive.

It is further provided that during the above specified period, fishing shall be in accordance with the following regulations:

(A) Angling and ice fishing.

(B) Open season is as follows:

Walleye First Saturday in May to March 15, inclusive

(C) Minimum lengths, protected lengths, daily limits, and possession limits are as follows:
