§ 110. Fishing at certain seasons below dams
A person shall not take fish within five hundred feet of the waterfall below a dam or other obstruction, artificial or natural during the spawning season of trout and salmon in such waters. (1961, No. 119, § 2, eff. May 9, 1961.)
