§ 48. Tagging requirements for furbearers causing damage

Pursuant to Title 10, Section 4828(a), the following furbearers will be tagged by a State Game Warden: bobcat, fisher and otter.

At the time of tagging, carcasses will be turned over to the State Game Warden. (1996, Fish and Wildlife Board Reg. No. 1014, eff. Aug. 24, 1996.)
