§ 42. Possession of furs and skins
A person shall not have in his possession in the raw state a fur or skin of a fur-bearing animal prior to the open season therefor or a fur or skin of such animal unlawfully taken. (1961, No. 119, § 2, eff. May 9, 1961.)
