2005 Vermont Code - § 7062. — Member of the commission

§ 7062. Member of the commission

The governor shall appoint a person to represent the state on the commission established by Article III of the compact. The governor may appoint an alternate for the commission member appointed under this section. The commission member and alternate, if appointed, shall serve at the pleasure of the governor. (Added 1993, No. 137 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
