§ 6631. Report to legislature
Commencing January 1, 1997, and every other year thereafter, the secretary shall prepare and submit to the general assembly a report of the department's operation and activities in carrying out this subchapter. Alternatively, the report may be published as a part of a pollution prevention newsletter which shall be submitted to the general assembly. This report shall include:
(1) An evaluation of the toxics use reduction and hazardous waste reduction progress in the state.
(2) Recommendations for legislation.
(3) Identification of any state, federal, or private economic and financial incentives that can best accelerate and maximize the research and development of toxics use reduction and other hazardous waste reduction technologies and approaches.
