§ 6622a. Recycled newsprint report
The secretary of natural resources, by January 15 of each year, commencing in 1991, shall report to the legislative natural resources and energy committees with respect to the status of the newsprint industry in supplying sufficient quantities of quality recycled newsprint at a reasonable price, and the annual fiber consumption of post-industrial fiber by the users of newsprint in the state.
