2005 Vermont Code - § 6245. — Illegal evictions

§ 6245. Illegal evictions

(a) No park owner may wilfully cause, directly or indirectly, the interruption or termination of any utility service to a resident, except for temporary interruptions for necessary repairs.

(b) No park owner may directly or indirectly deny a resident access to and possession of the resident's rented or leased premises, except through proper judicial process.

(c) No park owner may directly or indirectly deny a resident access to and possession of the resident's property, except through proper judicial process. (Added 1993, No. 141 (Adj. Sess.), § 9, eff. May 6, 1994.)
