§ 6239. Goods and services
A mobile home resident shall not be restricted in his choice of vendors from whom he may purchase goods and services. This section shall not be construed to prohibit a mobile home park owner or operator from contracting with any or all mobile home residents for the sale, supply or distribution of goods and services, but such contract shall not be required as a condition of entrance to the mobile home park.
